About Eluceo
As a social enterprise, Eluceo was set up to help individuals navigate the complex arena of education, employment and lifelong learning. We do this through the Eluceo Platform and our unique career road-mapping app, iShine. We support students, graduates, jobseekers, career changers or those returning to the workplace.
In 2020, we witnessed tremendous change in the career and employment landscape due to COVID-19. From conversations with our users it became very apparent that individuals not only urgently needed support in their career development, including upskilling and re-skilling, but also carefully planned wellbeing support.
We clearly heard our users’ needs and issues. In response, we've assembled a community of like-minded and talented coaches and advisors, working alongside Eluceo’s expertise in career development, to offer our users a one-stop-shop of services that include specialist online courses, webinars, workshops and 1-2-1 coaching, enabling our users to thrive now and throughout their working lives.

Using Eluceo, individuals can freely search for the resource they are looking for, or they can sign up to iShine to gain access to the right resources for them
