Eluceo is committed to education for all. Its website contains a wealth of quality education, training and career information specially curated to support individuals going through different phases of their education and working life.
Individuals are further supported by Eluceo’s lifelong career road-mapping desktop and mobile app, iShine. Its information is tailored to individuals, and is designed to support both formal and informal learning throughout their lifetime.
iShine enables individuals to access both free and paid courses, either online or via education establishments and is ideal to manage their upskilling and/or re-skilling.
Eluceo services empower individuals to reach their full potential. We are currently supporting the work of the Cross-Culture Hub CIC and help the ladies to develop their employability skills and to build their confidence.
Goal 5 - Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
We at Eluceo works conscientiously to support this goal and to end all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere.
Eluceo Equality and Diversity Policy is dedicated to encouraging a supportive and inclusive culture amongst the whole workforce. It is within our best interest to promote diversity and eliminate discrimination in the workplace.
Working in the career and skills development areas also provide us with opportunities to engage with women and girls and tell them about careers in engineering and technology which is currently a fairly male predominated area in the UK.
iShine empowers individuals considering returning to work after a career break by enabling them to plan, build up their skills and direct them to job opportunities.
The majority of returners tend to be women who have opted to stay at home to care for their family. Besides using iShine, we also can support them via expert career and wellbeing coaches.
